New web-based interface keeps you working anywhere with VPMS EditMate
Especially for stand-alone deployments (those without MediaPortal), VPMS EditMate now features a comprehensive web interface enabling users to browse and organise EditMate media and projects. The new interface also gives access to basic media management functions and configuration options without the need to open Adobe Premiere Pro.

IBC sees a number of improvements for the VPMS Platform workflow orchestration and content management system. As previewed at NAB, we will be showing how easy Vidinet makes it to add cognitive services into your media supply chain as well as a new, ultra-efficient, 3-pass transcoding service from Bitmovin. Vidinet users also now have more choice of cloud provider with the Vidispine Transcoder available both on Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

VDT, the Vidispine Development Toolkit enables you to rapidly build new interfaces and corresponding workflows on top of Vidinet. For IBC, we’ll be demonstrating two scenarios built on VDT, a typical Video Library for a marketing team with search, browse, edit and publish functions and a media logistics workflow built around VOD deliveries.
