Multi-Cloud for the Public Sector

Workloads are distributed across different platforms, and standards and security requirements are not harmonized across the board. Migrations are time-consuming and interfaces and network connections are inconsistent. At the same time, the requirements for sovereignty, verification and the ability to switch in line with the management cloud strategy are increasing.

Together, we develop target architecture and cloud governance, establish landing zones, network and identity integration and implement migration waves. We integrate platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud as well as private cloud options and support sovereign cloud scenarios in the public sector. Operation, monitoring and service levels are set up uniformly.

Offerings such as the sovereign DELOS Cloud provide the ideal bridge between contemporary IT architecture and the specific needs of the public sector. Together, we develop a needs-based multi-cloud architecture and integrate targeted, sovereign options.

We work with you to develop a target vision and governance for multi-cloud in federated structures. We define guidelines for security, data storage, identities, network and verification and determine which workloads are operated in public, private or sovereign environments. Building on this, we structure a migration portfolio and a roadmap that takes migration capability and operation into account from the outset.

Together, we set up a standardized basis for several cloud environments. This includes clear rules for access, identities and security requirements as well as standardized procedures for connection, traceability and key management. This makes migrations consistent, evidence easier to maintain and new services can be introduced more quickly and in a controlled manner.

Together, we plan migration waves, secure handovers and standardize operations across multiple cloud environments. We establish service levels, monitoring, incident and change processes as well as cost and capacity control. Security requirements are enforced during regular operations and optimizations are carried out continuously. In this way, Multi Cloud remains manageable and delivers the desired modernization and sovereignty in the long term.
