According to the latest Lünendonk study, the average revenue growth of IT service providers was just 2.7%. The fact that we at Arvato Systems were able to achieve growth of 11% in this environment is no coincidence - but the result of consistent strategic decisions and a strong corporate culture.

Growth Through Focus

Our strategy is based on a clear focus: We strongly emphasize industries with high regulatory requirements - such as the public sector, the energy industry, healthcare, and the insurance and finance sector. Trust is crucial in these fields. Our customers expect not only technological excellence, but also a deep understanding of their specific challenges. This is precisely where we come in - with tailored solutions that combine security, scalability, and digital sovereignty.

Digital Sovereignty as a Competitive Advantage

One of the key issues that concerns our customers is digital sovereignty. The question of where data is stored, who has access, and how compliance is ensured is business-critical today. With our superior offerings and solutions - especially in the cloud and infrastructure environment - we answer these questions and thus create real added value. Our partnerships with leading Hyperscalers and our ability to support hybrid and multi-cloud architectures make us a reliable partner for digital transformation.

Culture of Responsibility

Growth comes not only from technology but, above all, from people. Our teams take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and act in the interests of our customers. This culture of personal responsibility is deeply rooted in our organization. It enables us to react quickly to change, drive innovation, and build sustainable customer relationships.

Looking Ahead

We are convinced that the demand for secure, sovereign, and robust IT solutions will continue to grow. Topics such as artificial intelligence, automation, and sustainable IT, combined with greater independence, resilience, and security, are at the top of our customers' agendas and ours. We are making targeted investments in these future fields, expanding our expertise, and developing new business models.

Our goal is clear: We don't just want to grow - we want to grow with purpose and substance, for our customers, our employees, and our society.
