SAP Consulting Services
We deliver end-to-end SAP solutions, including system deployment, S/4HANA Brownfield conversion, and process optimization. Our consultants specialize in finance, supply chain, authorizations, and analytics, offering tailored implementation, customization, training, and ongoing support. Services are available on-site and in German. By leveraging SAP expertise, businesses streamline operations, boost efficiency, and accelerate transformation.
Project Management Office (PMO)
Our PMO provides direct project management support, aligning with Arvato Systems’ standardized RPOM® framework. Integrated with the Central Project Management department, we ensure transparency, governance, and effective project control.
Inside Sales Support
We support the internal Arvato Systems sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders for complex IT solutions, and providing customer care assistance. This service also strengthens account management and helps generate new opportunities within existing client relationships.
Financial Controlling
Our controlling team oversees financial planning, allocation, and monitoring of company resources. We work closely with management to maintain policies and procedures, ensuring financial transparency and strategic alignment.

First-Level Support
Our Service Desk provides 24/7 customer support, resolving fundamental technical issues, monitoring system alerts, categorizing incidents, installing software, and performing initial troubleshooting. More complex cases are escalated to higher-level teams, with thorough communication and documentation at every step.
Healthcare & Industry Support
We deliver daily services, including service requests, incident management, ticket triage, reporting, and IT query resolution. Our teams also support Change and Problem Management in cooperation with 2nd-Level Application Support. We serve customers in Healthcare, Logistics, CRM, and Utilities, with a commitment to continual improvement and tailored solutions, including telephony services.
Application Management Services
Our 2nd-level Application Management teams provide comprehensive support for the entire application lifecycle. This includes incident and service request handling, deployment management, monitoring, and problem management. Leveraging streamwork automations, we streamline routine tasks and workflows, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Beyond daily operations, we drive continual service improvement to ensure applications remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
As part of the Cyber Care portfolio, our MDR service is a key element of a holistic cybersecurity strategy. We continuously monitor selected environments, detect potential threats, and mitigate risks based on jointly agreed pre-defined actions.
Cyber Care Operations
Our experts analyze and evaluate incoming alerts, derive actionable recommendations, and execute approved defensive measures directly through our Security Operations Center (SOC). With pre-authorized actions, we minimize processing time, eliminate risks faster, and ensure customers benefit from efficient, proactive protection.
