As a managed service customer, you benefit from access to individual cost controlling at detailed levels as well as dashboards and lists for an easy overview of resources, reservations and accounts. In Arvato Systems KIRA for AWS, you can track costs incurred for any number of accounts conveniently via the platform and, for example, have costs broken down to service, application, cost center, department or project level. In addition, you can easily and quickly view your reservations at any time and directly see which cost effects you have generated in the cloud. The integrated alert service also notifies you if something does not go according to plan.
Included in our Managed Service Packages is an invoicing of your AWS costs in Euros by Arvato Systems. You can view and track the breakdown of the individual invoice items in the system. This means you receive your billing information before the actual invoicing and are informed up to four weeks earlier.
