Speaker

Dr. Tobias Gantner

Tobias Gantner is no ordinary speaker - he is someone who burns with every fiber for a new, better healthcare system. A system that no longer waits for approvals, but acts. That puts people at the center. And that sees technology not as an end in itself, but as a tool for greater justice and quality of life.

Trained in medicine, law, philosophy and health economics, he made a conscious decision against traditional careers - and founded HealthCare Futurists instead. Not a company, but an attitude. A place where new ideas are allowed to emerge. And implemented.

Tobias doesn't build castles in the air. He builds real solutions: mobile clinics without doctors, pharmacies of the future made from Lego, AI tools for care, playful approaches to prevention and hackathons that become drivers of real change. The World Health Organization (WHO) ranks him among the 50 most important experts in digital health worldwide. The press calls him the "Q of medicine".

What drives him? The conviction that health needs to be rethought - and that we can do it together. That curiosity is the most important superpower. And that we can question the rules to make them better.

You can look forward to a lecture that moves. That gives you courage. That shows what is possible if you don't ask whether you can - but whether it makes sense.

Dr. Klaus Suwelack

Dr. Klaus Suwelack is a seasoned leader in pharmaceutical innovation. With over two decades of experience, he has been pivotal in building integrated clinical ecosystems that connect end-to-end process chains with cross-functional collaboration at companies like Janssen and J&J, all powered by modern technology. Andreas Axmann is a digital entertainer and as such has won several international awards. It all started in the classic way: with the obligatory magic box for Christmas, which an aunt gave him. Further support came from the German magic club "Magischer Zirkel", which accepted him in 2002. So it was obvious that he would soon be presenting his skills in public. Andreas Axmann came to Berlin in 2004 to begin his studies in theater and event technology, which he completed in 2008 with a diploma thesis on the subject of "magic theater". Since then, magic has been his main profession. In 2010, Andreas Axmann became the first German iPad magician to specialize in the field of "digital magic". In 2011, the media magician became German runner-up in the "magic with presentation" category. He was also engaged for the first time this year with his iPad magic in Las Vegas. In 2022, Andreas Axmann has been on stage for 30 years and has made the digital topic of "human-machine interaction" his specialty. Recently, he has increasingly devoted himself to artificial intelligence and the metaverse.
