No-show fee
In order to plan our events in a sustainable and resource-saving manner, we are dependent on a binding commitment. If you are unable to attend at short notice, please cancel in good time.
In the event of no-shows without prior cancellation, we will charge a contribution towards expenses of €250, which we will donate to the Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe. Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the event. Participants reserve the right to prove that no expenses or damages were incurred, or that the expenses or damages were significantly lower. Thank you for your understanding.
