Study by Computerwoche and IMWF

Gütersloh - The trade magazine "Computerwoche" and the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) have named Arvato Systems "IT Champion: SAP Consultant". In the ranking, Arvato Systems is ranked on position 5 and was thus able to perform outstandingly in a strong competitive environment.

The aim of the study was to examine and classify the vendor reputation of around 100 SAP consultants in Germany on the basis of a social listening. According to Computerwoche, SAP consulting today is "no longer just about technology and software". What is also required is "individual customer orientation, industry know-how and experience in project and change management.

For the sentiment analysis, according to Computerwoche on its website, the IMWF analysts collected data from a variety of online sources, including news sites, forums, blogs and social media channels. The collected information was examined with the help of neuronal networks and other AI procedures. Important aspects were, for example,

• how an SAP consulting firm is evaluated as an employer,
• the skills and innovation performance of management, and
• what the opinion on products and services is.

The result was a sentiment analysis, which divides all statements on the web about the respective company into the categories positive, neutral or negative. From tonality and range, a value for the provider reputation could then be calculated, in which Arvato Systems achieved 88.8 of 100 possible points, making it one of the top 5 companies evaluated.
