Project Overview

Initial Situation

Starting in 2024, EAM has been intensively exploring the possibilities and opportunities offered by generative AI. The task was first to impart the necessary knowledge within the organization and, building on that foundation, to encourage employees to contribute their own ideas for implementing generative AI.

Vision

The IT organization has encouraged the business units at EAM to formulate and submit their own AI use cases. The IT organization aims to evaluate and prioritize these use cases in a structured manner and implement them to maximize value for the business units.

Solution

The experts at Arvato Systems support EAM at every stage of its journey toward generative AI. First, the topic was introduced and explained to a broad audience through presentations by Arvato Systems at employee events at EAM. In joint workshops, teams from Arvato Systems and EAM prioritized ideas and developed solution spaces for implementing PoCs and MVPs. These are being successively developed by Arvato Systems and introduced into the EAM organization.
