• Arvato CSDB customers will benefit from the Cologne-based company's alert management in the future

Gütersloh – To better serve its CSDB customers in the future, Arvato Systems will cooperate with TCK GmbH, a leading provider of alert management systems for the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) in Europe. The integration of TCK's system into Arvato Systems' service portfolio will enable users to process incoming alerts even more efficiently.

Alert management systems are an important topic in the field of drug serialization. This is because around 200,000 alerts are triggered in Europe every week, which have to be analyzed by more than 1,000 pharmaceutical companies. To simplify this process, Arvato CSDB customers can now benefit from TCK GmbH's intelligent alert management. TCK's system increases efficiency in day-to-day business while reducing administrative effort.

In addition to the trouble-free technical connection of the systems, users are given the opportunity to exchange relevant data automatically. This includes not only all the information required to process the alert but also product- and production-related data. So, it is no longer necessary to resort to different sources of information to analyze an alert.
