Almost 200 colleagues participated in a DKMS (Deutsche Knochenmarkspende / German bone marrow donor) campaign week at various Arvato Systems locations. By registering as a potential stem cell donor, they can now possibly save a life somewhere in the world.
Together with the DKMS and in exchange with the company health management, more than 20 colleagues from Arvato Systems had organized the action week across locations in Cologne, Leipzig, Bielefeld and Gütersloh. "Many thanks to Arvato Systems for the successful campaign at four locations," says DKMS employee Svenja Ebbing. "With the help of dedicated teams of helpers, a total of 198 new potential stem cell donors were accepted, which means 198 new chances of life for all affected blood cancer patients worldwide. A really great result."
