In a demanding and complex system environment, the entire order processing of the MOSOLF Group's technical and logistics centers was significantly expanded in SAP.
Existing contracts, customer and service orders as well as the entire materials management were transferred to a new company and new organizational structures. The SAP cloud platform with its own applications is used for vehicle receipt and damage recording on the compounds.
As part of the complex project, the INFORM Yard Management System was also newly introduced by the manufacturer. In addition, existing workshop systems such as Carisma and Carflex were integrated.
Arvato Systems supported the project through all project phases - blueprint, implementation, training, integration test, go live, hypercare - and during the rollouts to more than nine locations.
