(Arvato Systems) Gütersloh – After creating the “Digital Experience” competence area in spring 2017, Arvato Systems is now reaping the fruits of its work. The digitalization expert has established itself as a digital service provider with renowned customers such as Continental, the DFB (German Football Association), and leading automobile manufacturers. Next to consulting, conceptual design, and target group analysis, Arvato Systems’ offer also includes the design and technical implementation of digital touchpoints – also in the cloud. In order to carry out digital projects efficiently, there is a new powerful team around Dirk Brinkmann as Vice President Digital Experience: Nils Erdmann is responsible for Customer Experience Management and Stefan Blömer for PIM and Marketing Automation.

Data-driven marketing and cloud solutions for the future

Experienced cloud enabler and multi-cloud provider

The IT service provider is a certified partner of Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft (Azure) and operates its own private cloud with various technology stacks. This allows individual requirements to be met flexibly, for example, at MTV Oy, Finland's largest private TV and communications group. As a Platinum Partner of CoreMedia, Arvato Systems adapted the customer experience solution of the same name to the Scandinavian company's requirements and developed the solution's cloud readiness as Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). This makes MTV Oy the first media group to use the cloud version of the CMS (CoreMedia on Cloud). Consistent change to agility
To ensure that digitization projects can continue to be implemented quickly and profitably in the future, Arvato Systems relies exclusively on an agile project management approach that has been specially adapted for increasingly short-lived customer experience projects. To this end, various portfolio elements have been strengthened, the separation of individual competence centers has been dissolved in favor of interdisciplinary cooperation, and separate rooms have been set up for alternating, sometimes virtually-based teams. Such a collaboration benefits customers, who can create and optimize a global customer experience at ever shorter intervals.
